Additional Recommendation:

Reduce your exposure to dietary and exogenous estrogens by limiting your consumption of commercial meats, eggs, and dairy products (use organically grown only). Avoid chlorinated water, pesticides, herbicides, and microwaving meals in plastic, among other things. Increase bulk (soluble fiber) and bitters to normalize bowel transit time. This prevents hormones from being reabsorbed into the portal vessel. Eat more legumes, fermented soy products, carob, kudzu, red clover, peas, sprouts, and other foods high in isoflavones (phytoestrogens). It is helpful to eat a diet rich in dark green leafy vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and deep-sea seafood (no farm-raised fish).
